Mince Brandy Cream

• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1-18 oz. jar mincemeat
• 1/4 cup brandy

Combine ingredients and freeze at least three hours to blend flavors.
Serve garnished with Crème de Menthe or whipped cream.

Serves 10 to 12
